Naidiri Bay Resort Limited is owned 100% by Peter and Lynne Tucker of Hawaii and Mike Brook of The Fiji Islands.
Peter's 4+ decades of entrepreneurial experience took place in varied capacities. He has been a financial consultant, marketer and has founded multiple start up companies in mining, agriculture, energy, boat building and property development. Most activity, however, revolved around his property development skills. His last 15 years were on the “Big Island” and Maui, in Hawaii, where small real estate development projects were his focus.
Peter's wife of 31 years, Lynne, has been involved in the Pacific basin since her move to Hawaii in the late 1950’s. In addition to working with Peter in their real estate development projects, Lynne has worked with Intercontinental Hotels, owned and operated visitor industry orientated businesses specializing in equestrian activities and is an accomplished and recognized artist.
Mike Brook, a former Canadian and now Fiji resident of 35 years and citizen of 28 years, has been actively involved as an entrepreneur, primarily in numerous sectors of the tourism industry. The former owner of the 3-hotel Castaway Resorts Fiji group and now Pacific Sun Airline, also spent 10 years working closely with the Government of Fiji, on a voluntary basis, addressing macro economic development issues, focusing on fiscal sustainability in the rural communities.
Between them, the three partners have well over a century of business experience in the Pacific basin, and concur that Naidiri Bay offers the opportunity to provide a truly unique example of sensitive and community orientated integrated resort and residential development to Fiji and her neighboring nations.
