THE INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY

Naidiri Bay Resort Limited (NBRL) has completed the first stage of it's initial 3-stage development by acquiring  a 28-acre Crown C Freehold (State owned freehold) property as an Agricultural lease and gaining approval to have the zoning amended to "Resort - Residential". An initial 5-year development lease, effective July 2006, has been extended to July 2015, based on Fiji Town and Country Planning approval of NBRL's sub division development and engineering plans (C - sitemaps).

It must be clarified that the initial Town and Country Planning approval reflects the current developers "Stage 1". Their master plan concept, including the purchase of the adjoining 13-acre property, is reflected on this site. The subsequent owners of the company are naturally at liberty to lodge an amended concept should they so desire.

NBRL is currently progressing with stage 2 of the development, which is compliance to the terms and conditions of the development lease pertaining primarily to infrastructure development to support the resort and residential development proposed. All roads and sections have been cleared, adequate water has been developed and the Fiji Electric Authority's 3-phase power has been purchased and brought to the property. Remaining only is to finish the road and complete the water and electric reticulation.

An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been completed and approved by the necessary authorities.

NBRL is seeking expressions of interest from investors wishing to buy out the current project partner's shares or participate in the development project on an equity basis. 

Naidiri Bay is one of the last remaining ocean front real estate properties on Fiji's famous Coral Coast.
